You are welcome here. Read it, share it, link to it, quote it with credit. What we ask is the ordinary thing: do not try to break it, do not scrape it wholesale, and do not use it to reach anyone here for something they did not ask for.

The work shown here — the writing, the photographs, the code and the design of the site itself — belongs to 39mm Studios or to the clients it was made for. Seeing it does not transfer it. If you want to use a piece of it, ask; the answer is often yes.

The studio pages describe what we do, not a promise of a result. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to take a project on. Anything that becomes binding will be in writing and signed by both of us.

We keep the site running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it is always available or always current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it — and nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited.

Where we link somewhere else, that site is theirs and their terms apply. We do not control what they do or what they publish.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. They are governed by the laws of Chihuahua, Mexico.
